They are great with my dog. She's not a fan of most people and has no problem with the staff here. She always leaves so happy, clean, and smelling good. They always have time to work us into their schedule.

I brought my 1 yr old Chug in to get it's nails trimmed. Very difficult dog to work on! The staff took control and had his nails trimmed within a minute or 2. Great place to take difficult dogs!!!!to do at home

Today was the first time Ive used this groomer and it will definitely be the last. I brought my Pomeranian here and specified what I wanted and also included a picture, which was then assured that it could be done. When it was time to pick him up. I was honestly left devastated by how badly he looked. I never leave reviews, but after how bad his cut was, I felt I needed to for anyone else trying to find a groomer for their special breed. The women who work there were really nice. But I dont believe they have the experience to cut special breeds like Pomeranians.
