I contacted Alpha Roofing a few years ago after a particularly bad storm came through and took out a few random spots of shingles on our roof. They were quick to come and repair the issues. Last summer I had call them again to fix a leak on my flat room at the top of my house. They were quick to respond with a quote and even chatted with me about potential colors for metal that would be needed in the area instead of defaulting to the color that had previously been there. This was appreciated because I was wanting to change the color of trim for the house. They were able to answer any question I had throughout the process and I recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof or a place to fix a leak.

We had Alpha Roofing remove our old shingle roof and replace it with a hidden fasten McElroy Metal roof I had ordered from a local lumber yard. Overall the workmanship was good, but communication was very poor. The first instance of this was the estimate needing to be corrected because they thought it was a new build. I believe the actual work was subcontracted out (which is fine) but we never knew what days they were coming to work or given a date of when the project would actually be completed. A replacement piece needed to be ordered and they did not make it clear that they had cut something wrong and would be paying for it. It also took multiple calls for our Internet antenna to be placed back on our roof. The most disappointing thing though was the lack of cleanup they failed to do. My wife and I spent hours picking up the nails, screws, and metal shrapnel from our yard (see the picture below). I mentioned this both over the phone and via text to our point of contact but it was always brushed off. Again overall the workmanship was good. They were also able to start our job right away which was nice! Things could have just been much smoother and less stressful if better communication was given.

10/10 recommend- They were quick to respond & schedule a time to look at the roof/gutters for a quote. Quick to provide quotes as well as very reasonably priced. If any issues occurred, they were upfront about prices and what it would take to fix the issues. Very professional business who truly values the work they do.
