        They did not answer the phone during their listed open hours. I called more than once. Extremely poor service, very unprofessional.

        I called on a Friday. The secretary said they would call me on Monday. No call, after I'd set aside the entire morning. I tried to call them again but only got answering machines. I went to the office address to make an appointment in person, and the building appeared vacant and locked. The following Thursday (today), I called Mt. Pleasant Electric Contractors and they sent somebody right away and had it fixed within fifteen minutes.

        They finished installing my Generac generator they did an excellent job was very impressed! we'll look to them in the future for any electrical that I need to have done to our house would highly recommend if you want somebody that's Competent and follows through In a timely fashion you give them a call.         On a positive note, this team and its leader, Derek Wellington, are technically competent. Unfortunately, their installation was late, then it was abandoned, and left unfinished. The Generac Generator doesn't work, and its battery doesn't charge. Most disturbingly, they will not answer even the most urgent, repeated calls for help. This disregard is not something I've ever encountered before. This morning, I heard that they've been under duress, and promise to come back after the weekend. I'll report back on what happens with that. Service: Installation

      Hi Willie, I'm not sure when you called, however, it is possible I could have been on the phone or away from my desk or even possibly in a meeting. Were you able to leave a voicemail? I don't have any recent voicemails from "Willie", but should you call and I not answer, I encourage you to leave a message as I always try and return voicemails in a timely fashion.

      Dear Ms. Schultz, If this in regards to the stove outlet not working, I remember talking to a nice young man and I stated that unfortunately I was not able to get someone there in a timely fashion, however, I would call on Monday if anything changed he told me that would be fine. Sadly, I didn't have any availability to get your issue taken care of. I truly apologize for any inconvenience that was caused and I'm happy to hear that you got your issue solved.

      Mr. Hagelin, I'm sorry you feel you had a negative experience with my business. Our installation was not late. We pushed it back one day due to a project the day before not going as planned. My crew was there the very next day and we had everything installed for you that day. We told you that we had testing & initial startup to complete after the gas installation was done. You were instructed NOT to touch the machine or do anything with it. Unfortunately, you did not listen. You messed with several key components of the generator that you were informed not to touch and you turned the breaker on that I specifically asked you not to turn on. Consequently, you caused your battery to drain because you attempted to turn the generator on. I apologize my Office Manager was out due to illness and was not able to promptly respond to your calls as she normally would. She did, however, respond to you on Saturday morning letting you know she was out due to illness. Additionally, I was on an emergency service call which resulted me being tied up and unable to return to your home until Monday of the following week. I did, however, make sure you generator was operational and everything working as it should.
