        Water meter broke in basement, flooding it and then they tell me I have to take a day off work because they don't replace meters after 3:30pm or it will be a $100 charge for after hours, even though it is their equipment that broke. Very sad on their part

        Our experience with MPW over the past few years has been positive. They seem proactive in moving forward with technology, service offerings, etc. (as they should) Cant say as much for some unnamed local companies still living in the dark ages. Always a good experience calling customer service - nice local employees answering the phones is refreshing. They always seem to be doing something to better the community as well. Havent met an employee that wasnt nice as can be. Happy customer.
