I bought the cheapest fridge I could find here due to being on a tight budget.. Unfortunately the used fridge I bought malfunctioned when I plugged it in. I called Weikert's and they sent the repairman out immediately. The refrigerator was toast but Weikert's allowed me to pick out another one to trade it for. The next cheapest fridge (a new scratch and dent) was $150 more than the one I bought, but Weikert's gave me an even trade. I am astounded and pleased by the integrity of this appliance store and will definitely be back to buy more appliances in the future. There are not too often these kind of honest dealings in businesses, so I felt lucky to have come across these folks, especially in a time I'm hurting for money. Highly recommended. Friendly and helpful staff all around. Thank you Weikert's!
