        This place needs customer service training BADLY. Very rude, unhelpful and has no idea how to take care of a customer's issue. If they cannot explain an issue they just hang up on you then send an e-mail from a "supervisor" saying their employee never hung up. A complaint with the IRUA Board of Directors is being made. We still have no clear explanation on our bill even after weeks of calling and emailing. Wish there was a zero star rating!!!
