Penn Street Place

I've lived here for almost a year now and it's been my favorite place I've rented by a good margin. The apartments are brand new as of 2023 and there's no aspects where it feels like they tried to cut corners in their design and build. The kitchen is fantastic and comes with all common appliances, and the master bathrooms are gigantic. There is plenty of space for storage with several closets as well. I think anyone would be extremely happy in this building. Additionally, this apartment building benefits greatly from having a FANTASTIC location. There is a great walking path behind it that circles a pond, and there are dozens of great restaurants, gyms, stores, etc. within just a mile or two (many of which are in walking distance). Other benefits to note: The staff is very friendly and accommodating, there is a pancheros across the street (BIG plus), and they are pet friendly (cat picture attached).

Huge apartments that have an open concept floor plan and are pet friendly. Also, terrific walkability with Anytime Fitness, Pancheros, Fiesta Mexican Restaurant, Sushia Sushi, Tin Roost and Field Day next door!
