Pizza is great, and the staff working in the kitchen do a great job and have been friendly and professional every interaction. Service (or lack thereof) from one individual in particular is quite the opposite. Unfortunately, that employee is working 95% of the time I stop in, resulting in an overwhelmingly negative view of this location.

App problem/oversight led to phone problem (not answering phones) led to a $15 cheese pizza instead of a build-your-own, led to a remade pizza. Got it fixed, cashier unfriendly.

Disappointed in our experience tonight. When we walked in there was music blaring from the kitchen. Three boys making pizza in kitchen. One girl on register. (Very friendly and helpful) We made our way over to the pizza warmer. They have pepperoni , sausage then one slice on the bottom that was mostly cheese but then a cluster of sausage on one small side. The pepperoni pizza had cheese on top of the pepperonis (never seen this at a caseys). Also one of the sausage slices had the tip of the pizza folded under the rest of it. It was a mess the kitchen really needs new employees or better management. Iv never walked into a Caseys wanting pizza and not buy any because it looked sooooo bad. I frequent this store. Please fix this. The other Caseys is out of the way.

Bad neighbors. Dumpster picked up at 3am. Loud lot maintenance and cleaning being done at 10:30pm. Constant misrepresenting their gas prices, 87+10 as regular 87.
