Dave was amazing!!! We have tried to sell our townhome twice before and realized shortly thereafter that the reason why we couldn't sell our home was our selection of agents. They were lazy, unmotivated, and worthless. We found Dave on Idealagent.com. It was an advertisement on late night TV. We called their 800 number. Answered a couple of questions and were matched up with Dave. We met Dave and expressed what we wanted in an agent and our expectations for selling our home. Within 48 hours of posting our home the first home buyer that saw our home put in a FULL offer. WE WERE EXTATIC!!! Dave was awesome!!! He listened to us.
