Century Homes of Oskaloosa

Our experience began with salesperson Melanie. She obviously knew what she was doing and guided us very well through the selection and purchase ends of the project. A big crowd of people came to see the actual placement of the house on the foundation. It went well. Multiple contractors cooperated well to get all the details in order. A few months after moving in, we had a dozen places in the house where the ceiling drywall had separated from the walls. Kyla took the project on and did an expert job of filling in and matching paint colors perfectly. She and Matt took care of a couple of doors that needed adjusting. An issue with siding took several months to resolve but I believe that had to do with the subcontractor and it was taken care of. We are very much enjoying living in the house and are very grateful for the Century Homes team for all they did to make for a comfortable transition from the other side of town.
