        Kurt was outstanding, did everything he could to put me with the best outcome! As retired military and new to Iowa, there was a lot to it and he took his time and made sure he was very thorough! Definitely recommend.

        I would never recommend Jackson Hewitt ..Very un professional and way to high priced for a short form filing..the lady acted like she didn't know her job and couldn't comprehend what I was wanting when I asked if I could drop them off and for her to let me know when she would have them done, I gave her all the information she needed to do the tax form .and she told me to be back the next day at 11 am .when I got there she had not even started my tax forms and then she was on the phone talking to another person about some other persons taxes they was having problems I had to asker her if it was going to be any longer twice I was it had already been an hour and I was going to be late for work

        Worst service ever. I stopped 4 times to pick up my return. Nobody was there. I called phone number and Voice prompts didnt work. I called Corp office. They said taxes were ready to be picked up. I finally was able to talk to someone and taxes werent done. GRrrrr. Would not recommend to anyone. Talked to management and she said she cant find reliable help.
