Me personally the staff inside they're nice I don't have an issue with them the reason for the one star is and I've been living where I've been living for over 2 years only once was I almost 2 months late and I received the shut-off notice and I understand. My neighbors live directly across the street have had roommates I live by myself but they don't get a shut off notice unless they're 2 months behind on their bill. My bill date is on the 15th and I receive a disconnect notice mailed to me the day after I have them all here yet it seems to me that the due date of the bills are on a Wednesday and I pay them the very next day on payday Thursday in the morning maybe this is an electronic error which is why I'm saying the people inside were very nice I don't have any issue and I was unable to contact any of them to ask but I find it harassing to get a disconnect notice mailed to my house when the bill is only one day past due not 60 days and then the disconnect date is less than 30 days from the due date of the bill. None of the other utility companies in the area or in the state for that matter that I know off. I love the little city I live in and I'm not going to sit here and say that they're crooks or they're doing this on purpose or they mistreat people due to color of their skin or anything like that that's funny bologna but I just believe that there is due process and I understand being male to disconnect notice if I'm over 30 days not paying the bill maybe that's the law in the state and I'm still kind of new here after living here 4 years. I've read some of the reviews and so I don't want to be quick to be judgmental because there's no reason to be maybe their computer systems just automatically send these things out to everybody who just like mine. And if so and I'm wrong please let me know I will apologize and eat that Crow with no seasoning or water thank you
