        I have signed up for ExpressSend and every month for the past 3 months I have not been able to send money to my son overseas until I make a 2 hour round trip to the bank directly. THEN I'm told I have to have an appointment ahead of time. When I complained to the Bank Manager, Jeffery, called me and tried to smoose everything over. He told me if I ever had a problem to call him. I had the same problem today and tried to call him and got a recording that bankers are unable to take phone calls. I've been with Wells Fargo for over 40 years. This is a horrible excuse for a banking system. I'm about done with it.

        I have had more trouble coming to do banking during business hours and they are closed. With reasons of not enough people, weather (no bad weather at time) or no lobby due to short of people.
