        Excellent dentist. Great staff. If I lived there now would still be going there. Learned a lot. And he was gentle, which is good, I normally don't like dentists!

        Dr. Ford and his team are truly amazing! As a new patient to their office, I immediately felt welcomed with their friendly and caring staff, and their inviting office space. Dr. Ford even squeezed me into his busy schedule when I had a dental emergency. Dr. Ford and his staff will go above and beyond for you! I would definitely recommend Inspire Dental to anyone in the Ottumwa area! THANK YOU Inspire team!

        Closed Mondays, no nitrous for anxiety, helpful receptionist was in doing paperwork and answered my call so 2 stars just for her.

        Dr. Ford and team provided excellent care during my visit today. They answered all my questions and went over a dental plan to get my dental health to where I want it to be. On top of that they have massage chairs and tv to watch during your treatment. I will definitely be visiting again.

      I'm sorry you feel you need to leave a three star review based on a phone call that explained we don't have nitrous. Dentists are not required to carry nitrous as well as all the costs and increased insurance costs that follow. We also are open every other Monday and have many administrative needs to be taken care of on the "closed" Mondays. Sorry our office didn't fit your needs and you felt the need to leave a poor review without ever walking through our door.
