We were from out of state and relied on the truth from our realior...cracks, water damage, etc. We were told not to get a hole house inspection, and that was a huge mistake. She was going to do the final walk through, so we trusted her. The inspection people work with the real-estate company, so find your own. The selling agent was buddies with my buying agent, and they just wanted the sellers gone as they had issues. Needless to say, it has costed us close to 30 grand to fix the mold issues (6 feet high in places) leaking pipes issues, a new furnace, and duct work, not to mention fixing cracks in and outside of the home! It was a filth pit so bad it took months to clean just to be able to unpack. She showed me pictures of why it was a mess due to tenants not moving out that had bedrooms set up ect. But none of that was present in our virtual walk thru months earlier. So that was a lie! We felt taken advantage of and lied to. Especially about the condition and work needed. There was heat baseboards pulled out to the middle of the room and no one noticed? Impossible! No one noticed the mold? Impossible! No cracks or floor boards missing? Impossible! Find a realtor that is not chummy with the sellers realtor. They were more interested in not losing their license than the dump and cost we had to come up with! I've never heard from them again. No, how is it going? I wanted to sell immediately and asked if I could put it on the market, and she said, "depends on the condition." I hadn't been here 24 hours! She knew the condition. Needless to say, I've put a lot of time, hard work, and $ in to this house, and it looks amazing. And if I sell... we won't use this company or let them show it to make more money off of us!

Sara Johnson was our Realtor for selling or homeland buying our new home. She was absolutely amazing. She answered calls every time I called her & she kept us updated frequently. She went above and beyond to be with us through the process of selling and buying. Her attitude, character, work ethic are superior.

We were lucky enough to get Kristen Payne as our agent, she was very knowledgeable about the properties she showed us and if she didn't know something she found the answer quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better agent!
