        This place is a joke across the board. There is constantly trash left behind. Everytime I have called the office the same rude, entitled woman answers the phone with nothing but excuses and attitude. When are we going to move on with a new trash collection service?

        They will not take all cardboard (ie sweet tea packaging and thin cardboard) but takes pizza boxes soaked in grease. This makes no sense. Also they damage the garbage can wheels then want to charge you for another one due to them Breaking it.

      Ken, We'd love to pick everything up but the city and county tell us what is recycling and what is trash. We are just the hauler and don't make the rules and regulations. Please check out ottumwarecycles.com to see the guidelines on recycling. With wheels call the 641-682-1700 number and tell them you need a wheel repair. The only time we have to charge is when a can is damaged beyond repair.
