The quality of the picture was fine; however, their pricing makes absolutely no since. Below is a breakdown of some of their packages (I'm not going to list the items because it will get confusing). With "A packages" you get the most amount of items with big pictures and proportionally decreasing in items until you get to "F packages" with the least items and smaller pictures. AGS + CD = $42 BGS + CD = $40 CGS + CD = $42.50 DGS + CD = $39.25 EGS + CD = $44.75 FGS + CD = $40.50 CD = $30 Anyone else see a problem with their package prices? I don't understand why all packages are essentially are the same price or cost more than AGS+CD (which has more pictures and larger sizes). Where the processing cost are roughly the same, the material cost is less, slightly less time spent (due to fewer pictures), and fewer products going to the parents. For each set of packages you have subsets of each package, i.e. Package AGS also has sub packages A, AG, and AS. Each Package has the same confusing subsets, respectively. All the subpackages except EG, ES, E, and D all cost more than FGS and they don't offer a CD in the package with any of them, only the largest packages have CD offered with them even when smaller packages cost more! I contacted them with what I wanted which was only a few items with a CD far fewer items than any of the pre-made picture packages, and they quoted me a price of over $70. $30 more than the biggest package and I was only getting 3 or 4 medium sized pictures. Then after we ordered we were given the wrong package. It was mixed up with some other students' package. After we called and left messages then they gave us a new package which was close to what we ordered, but the wrong sizes and still no CD. I will not order school pictures from them anymore, I'll gladly go to a real professional and pay them $200 for a few pictures. I know with a real professional I'll get quality and exactly what I want. Plus a photographer who has their packages financially in order and logical. I'm a science professor with a research background, if a student turned in to me something like the ordering sheet from B&C School Pictures as an assignment I would fail them and tell them to take my class again next semester, because there is no logic or understanding of application. Lastly, their website looks like something a 3rd grader made back in 1995. There is no information and nothing useful on it.
