The city has two of our trees being cut down by Parker tree service and I have to say that they've been very good at communicating what's going on when the trees will be cut down. Their secretary is also very receptive, kind, friendly and helpful. One of the most pleasant secretaries, I've talked too. Has a way of enhancing anybody's mood or day. Thank you for taken down our two huge trees.

Called Parker after a tree-sized oak branch fell onto my house. Five hours later, the limb had been removed and my yard was cleaner than before the storm. They even tarped the roof until the insurance adjuster can come. Crew was polite and professional. Will be hiring them to trim the oak when it's cool enough to do so.

Allowed Parker Tree service to come thru my yard to take down my neighbors tree. My main issue was they within the first few cuts dropped a branch on my fence and bent it. Mentioned it to the workers and they seemed to dismiss it. Called the owner and discussed it, said he come out, never seen him. Other irritations; I never once talked to the tree service they just let themselves in my yard. They tried to leave the fence down all night knowing I have a dog I need the fence closed for. (So does my neighbor). Then they laid dirt to level the yard but it was too wet to smooth out. They proceeded to come back and take my fence down, letting my dog out to run the neighborhood while I wasn't even home. Then left ruts in my yard and replaced the poles to my fence crooked. Overall my neighbors were happy. But I guess basic hospitality and common decency has gone out the window.
