I've lived here about 6 years. They are friendly and nice from the office staff to the maintenance. They fix things quickly in the apartment if you need a repair. They keep the grounds clean and nice looking. The only negative thing I have to say is the apartment walls are super thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations, business as if they were actually in your apartment. It can be hard to sleep at night when your neighbors next door to your bedroom are being loud.
