        If I could give them zero stars I would. I am just trying to set up an account for my new place and after waiting between an hour and an hour and a half of waiting I finally got through to someone who I could barely hear and about a minute into me trying to talk to this person they hung up on me. If you have the choice to not use them unlike me do not use them!

        Overall, reliable service. Even when there are power outages, they usually are short lived and brought back online way before the estimated time of power restoration.

        Horrible service, they said they fixed my "heat", they in fact did not fix anything! I have a child in my house. Were freezing. The ladies on the phone are rude!! I will never use this again
