Ridge Oaks Apartments

I previously did a review when this new management team took over and that review wasnt, pleasant. Well, nearly a year after they have been here and I am doing a 180 on that review. This team has changed things around at this complex and made it better. The maintenance staff, headed by Lee, is on point and gets issues resolved as quickly as possible. Theres still some visual aspects of the grounds that needs improvement. The staff here are working to better the environment here though so I will give them much credit for that. I would give 5 stars pero they still dont allow us to have charcoal grills or enclosed fire pits; if they ever change that policy Ill up my rating.

The apartments look very nice and are cleaned well! Breanna was great! she answered all my questions without even asking! She was also very kind and made sure we knew all the apartment had to bring.

Twas a very good and knowledgeable tour. The apartments are very nice and spacious. The pool is almost unnoticeable until she said it was there. Its a very nice looking apartment and people are definitely sleeping on it! Thank you for the hostility.

Had issues with the heater/ac in the bedroom and Lee came to the rescue and fixed it. Somehow within the night it decided to completely quit working again. So I put a work order in right away when I noticed it and within the next hour Lee was back to fix it again. He explained and showed to me everything that was wrong and how I can make things better. It was much appreciated. Thank you for everything you do!

Well, it wasn't very good. None of the places were labeled. You couldn't tell which door was what there was three billions , total and yeah , it was a mess
