Theres so many positive words to say about Richard Moeller, and his team that consist of Coyreen Weidner, and the legal secretary, Melissa Jones. My initial call was to ask about a flu vaccination that went terribly wrong. Richard was so patient in explaining the legal system to me. He answered my questions and was very understanding of what happened to me. He was very professional and efficient. When he described a timeline of how claims are processed, he was spot on with the timeframe. I never had to call to ask about the status as Richard would call me to update the progress of the claim. This communication was very important to me. It was such a pleasure to work with Melissa Jones, his legal secretary. She was always friendly and courteous. Mr. Richard Moeller and his associates represented me well in my vaccine injury case that started in 2018. I first met him when he worked on behalf of my twin brother during his flu vaccine injury claim from 2010- 2013. He would drive several hours to meet with us. He had a calming presence and made an immediate connection with both of us. I worked mostly as an acute care RN in Iowa for over 35 years prior to getting re-married, moving, and accepting a new job at an urban hospital in Kansas. I was itchy, uncomfortable , and embarrassed. The creases in my fingers cracked open which was extremely painful. Many spots have left scarring and I have long-term skin issues on my hands even after 5 years. Mr. Moeller and his team worked tirelessly on my case while gathering needed medical records and information. I was followed by my doctors and a highly respected dermatologist in the area who ordered labs and biopsies that showed I had developed Lichen Planus soon after receiving the Hep B series. Mr. Moeller had access to experts and resources to support the evidence. We communicated frequently through emails, phone calls, and video calls. He kept me updated on the process and progress over the course of 5 years. He gently guided me forward even when I was frustrated by the sometimes slow pace of the case. He fought hard for me every step of the way until we had a successful outcome in April, 2023. That hard work and determination was worth it !
