The machine tells you to grab a locator tag and have seat and wait for your food. After 15 minutes of waiting I go up front and see my food sitting there no one called it out and they just left it there to get cold. Terrible experience. If we are supposed to sit up there and wait dont have the machine tell us to have a seat and wait for our food to be brought to us!
EDIT: Tried it again 2 years later. Sitting here waiting for over 20 minutes for a Big Mac and large fry in drive thru while the workers keep checking peoples receipts over and over as there is no order at this store.
