        Was at floral counter last night at Southern Hills Mall HY-VEE. I asked the difference between $70 rose arrangement and $90 rose arrangement. Counter help said I would get twice as many roses. I bought it and paid for it and would need to pick it up in the morning to pick it up. WRONG ANSWER!!! Baby's breath was the answer. Too bad, so sad. Would they honor the deal I made? NOPE. One might think they would. One would be wrong again.

        Only needed a few roses. Were told they were out as we stood looking at 4 dozen of what we needed. To which we were told those can't be split. Really? Ridiculous. I'm sure singles sell just as well as full dozen.

        Showed up at 8 in the morning on secretaries day hoping to grab something simple for my office assistant. They had nothing made up for walk-in customers and told me it would be this afternoon before they could help me. Just wanted some daisy's in a vase. Blonde lady was rude. You think they would have planned ahead and had someone on staff for walk-ins.
