Totally disgusted with the TLE on Floyd. Someone said they would give me air. Instead they decided to work on a car and left me hanging. Never getting my air as promised. Instead peeping out the side door and go work on something else. What kind of cowardice is that? If you don't have 5 mins out of your time to spare, then don't say you will do it.

I came for oil change, went shopping for 30 minutes, came back and waited for 30 more minutes. When I asked for the status of my car, the department manager told me that the oil cap could not be opened by the technician. She asserted, purportedly as an eyewitness, that the technician encountered difficulty in turning the oil cap. Hard to believe because I could easily open it myself at home. Subsequently, I opted to seek service elsewhere, and upon doing so, encountered no such issue. Therefore, the manager's claim was completely unsubstantiated. I dropped my car off for an oil change, not for a round of excuses and incompetence. I've got places to be, unlike some folks here apparently. I value my time and my job, unlike whoever's running this circus. So, if you can't handle a simple task without feeding me a load of bullsh!t, just say so. I'll take my business elsewhere, where they actually know what they're doing and respect their customers' time.
