Great photographer. Pictures turned out great. Had a bad experience at the jc penny portrait in Sioux falls and came here a few days later and much much better.

Very beautiful pictures taken, only downfall had to wait about 45 min after my apt, but photographer gave us a discount from our packet for waiting so overall satisfied. Thank you

It's great price but some of the photographers are not so good with make kids smile . Have had good and bad experiences.

Im extremely upset with how our pictures turned out. We only had one decent family photo, none of my daughter it was just a disaster. We were trying to be patient because we knew the employee was new, but the professionalism was greatly lacking. We had the hurry up and get out feeling. Even though we were told no refunds and that if we wanted retakes it needed to be at that moment, we just chose to pay for the service and leave. I had to find a new photographer because my husband I were upset with the outcome. We have used JCP for years for our family photos and our childrens photos. I understand COVID has made things difficult, but customer service and quality of something that is considered an investment and will be viewed for a lifetime should not be provided poor service. Im not trying to degrade the employee. I feel that JCP should have had a more experienced employee or trainer there to help and make sure things were done to the best of the new employees ability.
