Quality Plumbing

My husband called this company recently due to a pipe bursting in our basement they were horrible. They charge 95 an hour literally to stand around and scratch their heads. They told us that the pipe had busted in 2 places and that the water had to be shut off . Then he tells us that it is going tn take a week before they can actually start working on it because they are so busy. Yeah no we need it fixed as soon as possible. We ended up calling another company in town and it was fixed in a couple of days .First of all I should have been told that they were too busy and couldn't get to us at this time I would have found another company instead they sent out a man to tell me that it would be a week before they could be there. I was charged 140.00 just for him coming out This company is ridiculous . I would not recommend this company to anyone as a matter of fact I m telling everyone I know that this company isn't worth wasting their time on . There are better plumbing companies in town that will get the job done .

Shady company don't get ripped off by this guy . There are better companies in Sioux City that are actually honest this is not one of them

I agreed to pay 95 per hour and an 85 permit fee. The job took 2 hours so I expected to pay about 275 or 300 with tax but Dana would not accept my money. Weeks later I get a bill over 700 with numerous,"fees" tacked on that we did not talk about. I learned to never hire Quality Plumbing on hourly rate. Get a firm estimate and a signed contract or plan to pay double what you expect Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Dont miss their call the day of service. I didnt have my phone on me because I was in my basement working out. I was expecting a knock on my door because my service was scheduled nearly a week in advance. I got upstairs and checked my phone to which I noticed had missed a call, I tried giving a call back and no one answered. I tried calling for over an hour and no one answered. Im sure it was to confirm the service to be completed but I was really expecting someone to come out and knock on the door. Took a day off for the service. Would not recommend this company just for the sheer unprofessional approach to a missed call. Im sure their tech wasnt very busy after I missed their call because they had the opportunity to decline my calls immediately. So much for quality plumbing services.
