        I will never go back to Hardees what a disgrace to fast food. No utensils to eat with, gravy was like silly putty end up throwing the whole thing out and the birds wouldnt even eat it. They are a joke!!

        The sanitary condition is horrible, watched staff sweep floor use the dust pan NOT wash their hands then handle soda lids. The exterior is less than appealing, with the back door left open for smoking. Drive thru windows haven't seen cleaner in ages. Side note they are not alone in those issues. 3/6/2024 Well it has been a minute since I had given that stellar review and management has changed new owners are well seated. What has changed you ask, little to nothing. I had the privilege of setting in the drive thru watching a gentleman pull up, walk into the building, come out the back door and change the drive thru menu board. Then exit the building with a full bag of what appeared to be breakfast sandwiches and climb in his vehicle and leave. You ask why would that be an issue, I continued to sit in the drive thru for 5 more minutes waiting for my 1 sandwich. Not to invent a story just thought it was weird.
