I had a couple larger windows that were broken and called to see if someone could fix. They agreed to come out the end of the week to measure so it was accurate, I had no clue how. 4 weeks and a couple calls later 2 women, who were amazingly sweet, took 5 minutes and said they'd get an estimate and have someone get back to me. It's been months and I never heard back. Horrible customer service! STILL NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE.
