        My mom is technically blind & also hard of hearing. Robbie in the Spirit Lake office went above & beyond in servicing & getting her hearing aid back. She went to her room to deliver the hearing aid & stayed late to get it adjusted. It's rare to find such kind & compassionate consumer service these days. Thank you!
