We would highly recommend Nancy whether you're new to the area or have lived here a long time. We had some very specific things we were looking for in our new home. Initially the local market didn't provide a lot of options so it took a while to find exactly what we were looking for. Nancy was patient and helped us consider the pros and cons of each home we looked at, never rushing us into something we didn't feel 100% confident about. Nancy was so helpful in the purchase of our home. She was attentive and communicative. We had quite a few issues with the builder and Nancy helped navigate those as well. Highly recommend!!!

Ive had the pleasure of working with Nancy for my recent home buying experience (Dec 2021). It was clear from the beginning that Nancy was most interested in getting me into the right home, not any home. Nancy has a keen eye for detail. She helped me identify problems/issues and understand the necessary steps to properly fix them. Never once did I feel like Nancy not have my interests in mind. She is very reliable, attentive, calm, and kind. If she couldnt answer a question, she would find out asap and followthrough. I never felt pressured either. Due to this sort of experience, I will most certainly be seeking Nancys expertise when my next home real estate adventure begins!
