        Well run cabin style fishing boutique hotel. Excellent value and great folks own it not a big corporation!!!

        I personally did not stay here, but my relatives did. My impression of the rooms was totally positive. I was concerned with the glass main door, but it was heavy duty with black out drapes. I felt relieved for my relative's safety. This is a small resort, mom and pop atmosphere. There's a take out chicken place next door that smelled Heavenly, but you couldn't smell the chicken inside the room. The room felt like a studio apartment with everything you would need. Honestly, I was totally impressed, and hope to stay there the next time I am in Spirit Lake.
