As first time home buyers, my wife and I had a lot of questions and concerns. Kolette Delperdang did a great job explaining the whole process and answering all of our questions along the way. She worked with our schedules while showing us houses, was even flexible on evenings and weekends. She stuck with us, as our house hunt took longer than anticipated. When we finally found the one, she made the closing process a breeze! Would highly recommend!!

Only had one experience with them so far and that was when my wife and I bought our first home. Everything was easy and they gave plenty of guidelines along the way. Im not saying buying a house isnt stressful but they lighten the process. We would definitely consider using them in the future!

Kolette made us feel very comfortable and worked with us for a smooth and convenient transition during the sale of our home. Focusing on what we loved most about our home, Kolette beautifully photographed and marketed our home, selling it very quickly. She prepared us well for the experience and brought clients to tour our home soon after it was listed. She was very good at helping us with technology so we were able to sign a lot of the documents electronically. Kolette was always available to answer any questions that we had. We have had the privilege of working with Kolette Delperdang in our search for a property in Iowa. Living out of state, she spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for. She would share properties that clicked the boxes. Kolette would provide and research any information to answer questions that we would have on a property. She went over and beyond to get us the answers. Never any pressure to just take what we saw.
