Dropped my truck off before I went on a work trip for 3 weeks to get some suspension Installed. I asked if they could look at and repair or replace some ball joint boots and CV Axle boots and they were flexible with letting my brother pick up my truck and I was able to pay over the phone since I was out of state. Took my truck for a drive yesterday and its a night and day difference. They installed new ball joints and new CV axles and the parts they used are high quality! Ride quality is much better. Thank you guys for the great work!

I had really high expectations from hearing great things but was highly disappointed. I asked for an oil change and my AC to be looked at. They said yup sounds good. When I went to pick up my car the bill was almost $300. They NEVER explained to me that in order to check out my AC it would cost. Not during the initial phone call when I made the appointment, not when I dropped it off, and not when I called asking for an update. Cheating people of money is not how you run a business. Do better.

Shoutout to Patterson Auto! I was out of town and needed an oil change before driving back to Iowa. I reluctantly got an oil change while I was out of town, knowing they would tell me something else was wrong with my truck. Sure enough, they told me I had a coolant leak. I immediately made an appointment with Patterson to check it out on my return home. They did a complete check and did not find any signs of a leak or anything else wrong. This is why I've only ever taken my truck to Patterson. They are honest and fair.
