Jay did a great job working on my vehicle. My 3 stars is due to me being charged an additional $175 this time for a system update after giving Bob Brown $1400 for something that my vehicle had already been seen for 6 weeks prior. When you replace a radio you expect them to do all the things to get it back up and running correctly the 1st time and not be charged an additional amount because they failed to complete the job.

Very unprofessional. Called got an appointment went in and they then suggested I may want to take my car elsewhere because they don't like my warrant company, but they knew on the phone who my warranty was through. Won't be back for any reason.

!!!Read Fully!!! I went to Bob Browns back in 2017 to keep and long frustrating story short I was treated very disrespectfully, disregarded, and all together had an Awful Experience! I told myself I will never go back there again and I will tell anyone who asks to go to any dealership but there! I found a vehicle online through Car Gurus recently that I automatically fell in Love with! I followed the link over to the dealer it was located at after requesting more information! The disappointment I felt when I realized what dealer it was at had my stomach hitting the floor! Scott Hampe started reaching out trying to give more information on the vehicle. Im not going to lie, due to my previous experience I ignored the outreaching for two weeks! Scott Hampe continue to politely email asking where I was in my car buying experience and if I was still in search he would love to help and would do anything to earn my business! I finally gave in and set up an appointment to see the vehicle in person and to speak with Scott! I am 1000% GLAD I Did! Scott Hampe is Beyond Polite, Is NOT Pushy at ALL, Listens to your needs, And Lets You be In Control of Your Car Buying EXPERIENCE! Im not going to say I recommend the dealership, However I Will 10,000% Recommend the Sales Person! Scott Hampe is THE PERSON you want to deal with! Bob Brown, Scott Hampe is the ONLY REASON I gave you another chance! Im glad I did and as long as you have him a Sales Contact you guys will continue to have my reference and my business! Thank You Again Scott!
