I drove up and ordered an 8 piece ( 4 piece chicken and 4 piece fish. When I got my food it was $39.00 plus because I also ordered clams and shrimp. They said they were out of sweet tea so I ordered water. I didn't look at my food until I got on the interstate when my wife said let's eat. I live in Missouri and wasn't about to turn around if the order was wrong. Our food was all dried out like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. Not only that the size was about half the size of a previous order months ago. We couldn't eat it. We didn't starve because I was able to swing into Burger King and get some great hot food. Just wasn't prepared to spend 60 bucks on food on my way home. Will I ever patronize your place again. Probably not

The service was terrible. I went here with a friend. He and every person that came in after us got their food while I waited and waited. Finally went up to the counter to ask. The guy working the front walked right past me without acknowledging I was there. Took me saying something to get his attention even though I was standing right there. He went to check why my chicken plank meal was taking so long. The manager flippantly said "I'm training in the fryer and we just dropped chicken". Keep in mind it's been over 15 minutes since I ordered and she's just having the chicken dropped? There were approximately 8-10 other guests that had received their food. My friend was almost done with his meal. She didn't apologize, or even speak to me, just acted like it was an inconvenience. Again, terrible service.
