        We could not be happier with our new Tuff Spa! Marcus and Steve were absolutely wonderful to work with! We had been looking for quite a while, and had talked to Steve a few times about selecting this type of tub. Marcus jumped in when we were ready to purchase, patiently answered many questions, and made everything a very smooth and wonderful experience! These spas are a little hard to find in eastern Iowa Marcus helped to easily bring it right to our driveway! Truly plug and play as promised! A perfect edition to our patio and beautiful view! Will look a lot nicer when we get out all the furniture and the pots of flowers! Woo Hoo!!

        These hot tubs are junk, avoid at all cost. We had a Jacuzzi brand for 10+ years and never had a problem. Within 3 years we have replaced multiple cracked manifolds, jets and now the side panels are falling apart. The factory uses bare minimal insulation and is simply supplying a poor quality product with poor craftsmanship. These are not cold weather hot tubs, they are not insulated correctly for Iowa temperatures. Shop elsewhere if you want a long lasting hot tub. A company that bribes buyers with filters for reviews is clearly trying to bury bad reviews. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!
