        We stayed at Revel Hotel for a medical procedure and the hotel manager went above and beyond to help and allowed us into our room early - beyond kind. The food is also delicious in the lobby bar. We are fans and will stay here when we are in DSM. Thanks for the kindness Sean. Mel & Alan Rooms: Clean and nice. Food & drinks: Great food - we had the graziano burger, pizza and chocolate cake. Yummy! Noteworthy details: Kindness of the hotel manager

        My reservation at the Revel is from 20-23Feb. I am currently still here, but this hotel is so spectacular that the review couldnt wait. Brittany, thank you for the outstanding customer service upon my arrival. As a diamond member, I have stayed at many Hiltons throughout the years (Waldorf Etc) this has been a surprising experience. The hotel aesthetics (Art & Decor) are pleasing. The bar area (breakfast) is amazing and the staff who occupy that space are great. Shoutout to Derek at the bar (Knicks Fan) & Juan & Ralph in the kitchen. I have ate at the hotel everyday and the food is outstanding (Philly Cheesesteak Incredible). You cant go wrong with this property! Just stayed for a second time from 20-25 March. Shoutout to Caleb, outstanding customer service. Went above & beyond to meet my needs, thank you.
