        I have never had such great customer service in my lifetime. I received the mower I ordered in 3 days. It was missing a couple of bo.ts and Liz was the greatest service person to help get it sorted out. If more people would treat customers li,like, I was treated it would be a much etter world. THANK you LIZ. Mike

        Dropped off mower May 16th to get repaired got told parts would be max two days. Called in 1 weeks later and they said they had gotten the parts and were going to have it done by the end of the day. Didnt get a call by the end of the day so our office called and they said the parts in fact were not there so the mower was not going to be done. Move forward to today June 9th part was still not there so I called another dealer and they in fact had the part in stock. Took it to that place and got it done in 20 minutes!

        The employees are courteous, but the management is not there for their customers at all. If I were @Husqvarna Id definitely take away the authorized dealer status.
