        We worked with Brian and he was AMAZING. He drove the car we were interested in both to my husbands work and our house for test drives. He answered all questions, made sure the paperwork was in place prior to our arrival for signing and responded very quickly to phone calls/texts. He went above and beyond and made this car buying experience fast and pleasant. We will be buying a second car from him in the future.

        My calendar had one day this month where I could make time to buy a car. Made an offer on Friday via the website. Offer was ignored and received canned car is available response Saturday morning. Tried again - I sent an email with an offer Saturday morning. Received a one line reply come in and well deal about an hour later. I followed up with, Im pressed for time. Did you agree to my price? Received no response. Crickets. At the end of the day, I followed up for the last time. I said, Ive been in that dealership a dozen times and its never so busy to excuse your poor service. And the come in and deal is beneath a Mercedes dealer. It is very Kia of you. Sales person called me within 3 minutes. I let the call roll to VM because a customer should never accept bad service. Ill buy elsewhere when I have time to shop again next month.
