I recently worked with Jared on a real estate transaction where he was the mortgage lender, and I was the realtor on the buying side. It was so nice having peace of mind during the entire 2 months when it came to financing. He kept my client and I in the loop with everything. Jared is absolutely amazing! He helped us negotiate an amazing deal where the seller paid our 2-1 buy down! We worked with Jared from across the country and it never felt like it.
