Oliver was very fair and did a fantastic job. We had him out twice for a water heater that went bad. We were without warm water for only a few days thanks to him. On our initial call, he was able to fit us into his schedule and come take a look. He let us know how old our water heater was and told us the risk of trying to fix it verses trying to repair it. We tried to have it fixed, but this is a really old water heater - so just by bad luck... it broke down immediately he left. So we called him back and let him know that it broke again - he talked about the other repairs he could do, but we decided to just replace the water heater. He gave us a discount on the water heater replacement service out of the goodness of his heart. He came back out the following day, after a busy schedule, and swapped out the water heater in 40 minutes. We are now back to enjoying warm showers and clean dishes. Thanks Down The Drain Services!
