        Pretty sure no one works here came to buy boxes and no one is to be found, except for some people talking outside. Try to call the phone and get an automated response that all employees are busy helping someone in store. Ive been the only jackass in here the past 15 mins.

        I took advantage of the self-service feature and found the process extremely straightforward and convenient. As long as you have a good mobile connection on your phone, it's quite easy to check in and out. The truck I was assigned was clean and in good condition.
