    Ive been here for 14 months, there has been one issue after another. 1) The underground internet was not installed when my unit was leased (property manager and construction didnt communicate). I work from home and this affected me financially. No compensation or adjustment to Rent. 2) No hot water, only warm water for over a month. 3 maintenance visits later I had hot water. I boiled water on the stove and poured it in the bathtub. 3) 3 refrigerators - 2 stopped working and my food went bad. Im on the third one. 4) A/C didnt work for a week. 5) gas leak (Feb - April 2023) in took 3 months for management to look into and call someone out. My gas bill was 130.00$ a month. I kept complaining. Property manager ordered my Gas Bills and Agreed they were high and called a repair service. Come to find out there was a gas leak in my master bedroom closet for three months. 6) gas leak (Dec 2023 - Feb 2024) my gas bill was high again. I email the office on 1/15, NO response. Today while talking to Izabella (property manager) she tells me a gas leak is the citys issue. She ignored my emails and then asked me if its still an issue. A GAS LEAK!!! I had it fixed. 7) When my lease came due, I sent an email discussing the things Ive been through and the rent increase they wanted to add on. I addressed it to the regional manager Cheryl but I didnt have her email address. I sent it to the property management office. That email was NOT forwarded to Cheryl and the property manager did not acknowledge the email OR TELL ME it wasnt forwarded. Im waiting and waiting patiently with NOTHING being done. Called and left a voice message for the regional manager on 1/30. She never called me back. I have done my best through all of these situations to be reasonable and understand but they do not know what they are doing! When I talked to Izabella, she acts like they have been responsive and done their job. Which only communicates that she does not know what is going on. Im informing her of unanswered emails. In her mind not answer an extremely important email about my lease AND not forwarding it to the regional manager is handling something.
