        So this location is located on Alice road in waukee. I have gotten all my cars done at Car-X for many years and probably brought them to a platinum legacy how did they even get a location out here in waukee?? I went to try and get a tire looked at. The guy was rude and I was ok with waiting and asked if he knew of another place even know I knew theirs another new oil change location on Alice road. He told he to try somewhere on Hickman Rd. This was considered racial profile for no services on Alices street. This is a conflict of interest knowing without investments your location wouldn't even made it out here. This location is now bottom line services which in previous post they always had good service. Should I go back east for service smh.

        No rush to open on time or have computers running at 7:30. 1 car in the bay & 2 besides my own in the parking lot. Was told 4-5 cars deep & was asked if I could leave my car. Just needed windshield wipers. Instead I went to Christian Brothers in Clive. Whose bay was completely full except 1 bay & I was in & out within 11 minutes. Will not be back nor recommend.
