Had to find someone last minute to fix the brakes on the wifes car. Wanted to stay local.
They were able to get us in the same day to at least get it checked out. Provided a very detailed description of what the issue was and how it could have occurred. Talked through the estimate and work required as well as the time line.
They completed all work on time and we were able to get updates on the car through out the day. The pick up process was straight forward and simple. We got the car back and everything is working great!
Awesome shop and we'll be back if we need any more work done on the cars!

Took my 02 jeep grand cherokee there for a rear main seal and an alignment...2400.00 dollars later yep you read that right 2400 over 1000.00 for an alignment man did these guys take me for a ride oh yeah and I still can't drive my jeep cause now it has death wobble and I know they didn't create it but they obviously didn't help nothing, they sure do TALK a mean game but couldn't have done me anymore wrong than they did goodness watch out for the smooth sales pitch it'll cost ya and no boys I'm not even close to done with you yet this little informative post is not even the beginning of our new relationship!

My van broke down without warning on the freeway in Waukee on the way home from work. We had it towed to Willard because the reviews were good and they said theyd look at it after we called (before the tow). They said it would be a while (nearly a week). Eventually they called and told my husband we would need to pay for nearly $10,000 in repairs if we wanted the van to run again. They listed multiple issues, including that the transmission had gone out completely. This was shocking, since it had been running totally fine and had been to the dealership the week before for that airbag recall issue to be repairs. The mechanic there hadnt seen any major issues. Most mechanics weve worked with in the past have listed some options for pricing and what the most urgent issues are. Willard did not, kind of acted like it was all or none, and also seemed annoyed we didnt immediately have $10,000 on hand. My husband asked them to send him their diagnostics summary in writing via email so we could look over it and talk about it. They agreed they would send it. Three or four days later, they still hadnt emailed it, so he called back. Before he could even say anything, upon hearing his name, they demanded to know if we were going to pay for the repairs or start paying a storage fee. He was pretty taken aback, but said he was still waiting for the summary they were going to send. They finally sent it, but they just seemed annoyed and impatient with every interaction. Ultimately, there was no way we could afford $10,000 in repairs, and Willard said there were no options for used parts (and even if there were, they wouldnt do the repairs with used, only new). We knew we were going to have to pay their diagnostics fee, but what we werent expecting when we had it towed there was that the fee would be over $400. Between the tow and the diagnostics fee, we couldnt afford to have it towed to other garages for more opinions. We had it towed home, where it makes a lovely driveway embellishment, I guess.
Basically, I wouldnt go to this garage again. While they may do good repairs, they dont seem to have any understanding that most families dont have obscene amounts of money lying around. I guess thats what I get for breaking down in Waukee?
response to owner: You can check your credit card payment receipts for my name. The account was in my husbands name, but you guys had his name very wrong, so giving his name wouldnt help.
