        Had two employees working with two customers. Waited 30 minutes then one customer was finished and then on phone for another 15 minutes with 4 others customers waiting. Then girl gets off phone and helps new customer that came in and sat at desk while agent was on phone. 4 other customers still waiting. Then myself and two other customers left. VERY POOR SERVICE. THAT IS WHAT VERIZON OFFERS!
