        My son attends D1 for small group offensive line training. His time with Coach Mason has supported his return to the field post knee surgery. The coaching he gets is personalized and he feels the support he is getting is well worth the 30 minute drive.

        D1 is awesome! Intense workouts, great staff and welcoming members. I like how they have a strength class as well as a boot camp class to pick from each day. I drive 25 minutes to go to D1. Its worth it!
