An independent agency with the ability to get quotes from a number of companies, insuring the best rates for their customers. Best in the business. I've been a satisfied client for over 5 years. Jason works very hard to make sure my rates are very reasonable without sacrificing quality of coverage. They are very helpful when situations arise (see story below). I have a blast stopping in the office to chit chat with Jason and Lacey. They are a great team. I was involved in a minor accident last year. As I was taking photos of the damage, Jason walked up and asked if everything was ok. He just happened to be in the area and had seen the accident and pulled over to assist. Quite possibly the fastest insurance response in recorded history. The staff at Waukee Insurance did a great job helping me setup a new home and auto policy. They walked me through a few different options, and helped me find a policy that had the same (if not better) coverages than I had with my previous insurance carrier - at a lower price. They have been responsive to my needs, flexible with appointments and my schedule, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for home or auto insurance.
