The Jordan Creek location has similarly friendly staff, though there have been issues where my food was forgotten behind the counter instead of bringing it out. Ordering ahead online might be the way to go.
Unfortunately the food quality has fallen off since the location first opened; it had been on par with the Ankeny counterpart. Smoothies are now mostly ice, very noticable when you don't add sugar. Wraps are consistently slimmer, or the ingredients aren't fresh. Rice, chicken, beans, etc taste microwaved or stale. It's hard to tell one wrap from another because they have become more bland.
I'm a big fan of this franchise, and appreciate any attempt at getting slightly healthier food than the fast food offerings we have in the area. Their prices haven't escalated and they continue to release enough new offerings to be interesting year-round. I live much closer to the WDM cafe, and would visit more frequently if the quality was comparable to the other location.
